These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilizzz ("jilizzz," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilizzz website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use jilizzz:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jilizzz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. jilizzz is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilizzz Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jilizzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. jilizzz is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilizzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jilizzz's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the jilizzz cashier page and are subject to change. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jilizzz aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
4.4 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. jilizzz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilizzz reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to such accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule.
5.1 jilizzz offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 Abuse. jilizzz reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players.
5.4 jilizzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
7.1 All content on the jilizzz Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game software, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jilizzz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jilizzz content without prior written consent.
8.1 The jilizzz Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilizzz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilizzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8.3 jilizzz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilizzz account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.1 jilizzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion to help players manage their gaming activity.
9.2 If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in your jilizzz account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

10.2 You may close your jilizzz account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
10.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
